1. I need to know if there is any law and if yes, which one? in the UK that says that a company needs to have a register on what chemicals (chemical products) they use.
2. Then I want to know which laws that regulate what amount and which chemicals a company/industry can use?!

There are many, many laws governing the use, handing, storage and disposal of chemicals. If you have a specific question it would be easier.
