Question by SALEEM: Is the declaration of bankruptcy in Canada “confidential” information?
Sounds be fond of a weird question but I am wondering if in Canada (Ontario specifically) – if a person was to declare private bankruptcy, can this information be establish out from official sources? For model, if a not-for-profit Charity has a clause including the intention of its Older Directors can not be in office if they be inflicted including declared private bankruptcy, and one has a “thought” including the intention of one of the directors is in this situation but he does not want to reveal this fact for private reasons, is there a fund one can go to find out if the person has claimed bankruptcy?

ok , today i got charged for Break and Entry X2 , as seen the things i had it was nothing more than $ 100 ( i no stupid) , they brought me to a cell which i stayed in for a half hour maybe than they brought me into a room everywhere they video taped our conversation i guess. i didnt really say anythin.

anyways they let me go and i be inflicted including court in march sometime, my question is what will the legal aid and lawyer do for me nearly including the intention of time besides represent me.
this is my initially offense of any sort.. ( sterile record up in anticipation of now)

Recently friday nighttime i was just going to bars including my boyfriend having a couple drinks, not even getting drunk and we went to this one bar to come across his brother and friends. So we had to wait in line for a bit and the bouncer let them in and stopped at us. So we waited patiently and questioned him if we could just go in and he said no, its a hours wait life a jerk. I was just playing including the small chain he had across holding the line produce i was bored and he all a sudden got mad and told me im not getting in..At that time my boyfriend and i left and i see a hot dog stand so i grabbed a business on bbq sauce and squirted his shirt a small, its not be fond of i unleashed the whole pot on him and ran. I know i was incorrect to do including the intention of, but it was one of those moments if you’re going to be a jerk, at that time so am i. Later on including the intention of nighttime after him and me went to another bar we were randomly on foot not even on the bars material goods, the bouncer and approximately random guy came up to me and tried to grab me at that time drag me towards the bar. I was resisting and they started dragging me on the sidewalk and i was wearing a skirt so my legs are cut up mainly on my knees plus random people nearly us could see my underwear, embarassing. His supporter who i did nothing to punched me in the lip and it was bleeding and they just man handled me pretty much. My boyfriend pushed them away and was huddled over me protecting me. After his supporter went and got the cops and watched the video tape. I got arrested just for squirting bbq sauce, i guess thats assult. At that time full to a holding cell, at that time jail for a bit. I got finger in black and colorless, picture full and all my information full in, i was there for in this area 12 hours. So this coming friday i be inflicted including court and be inflicted including to find a legal aid( free lawyer in canada )

Sorry for the long tale, but my question is what happens in court? do legal aids come right to court including you? would i beable to press any charges towards the other guy including the intention of punched me in the face or the bouncer for beating the crap out of me? and if anyone knows what might happen to me?

Yes you can file charges on them.I would contact legal aid immediately.Clarify to legal aid as your court date is.If you cannot get an app before court at that time as you arrive,question to converse in including duty council & they will aid you or be inflicted including your case remanded so you may obtain a lawyer.
