It all depends on the agreement to arbitrate. Typically though, the an arbitrator’s decision is not appealable; that’s the whole point of arbitration–to avoid the court system. The only way to appeal it would be to show that there was some sort of fraud in the process such as a conflict of interest of the arbitrator that was not disclosed. Even if the arbitratrator based his decision on faulty facts or interpretation of the law, it is not enough for a court to hear the matter.
