I used avvo.com which is a legal advice site. I ned to know if I have to pay or do I only have to pay if I do a full consultation.
I look at the terms and conditions but I can’t seem to find an answer to this question.

why don’t you ask the question here and see if there is someone who may be able to answer as those pay sites are sometimes no more accurate than here.
