Currently we have four in my sub…
It’s really sad to view big bright signs in front of your fellowman houses… Most of us are only a paycheck away from poor house…

But the reason is probably people living way out of their means and couldn’t afford thier mortgages, and the economy will ocntinue tosuffer till payments are enforced to be collected

There are over 250 homes in our subdivision. There are some “For Sale” signs, but I don’t think anyone is in active foreclosure. What is changing the character of the neighborhood is the growing percentage of homes which are not owner-occupied (rentals). So, there is a diminution of “curb appearance”.
Considering that my State of Nevada is leading the nation in foreclosures, my little corner of the Silver State seems to be outside the “sub-prime storm”.
Not a single one.
