Question by John Doe: How can we take Obama seriously on the debt ceiling debate when he said this in 2006?
“America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better
I therefore intend to oppose the effort to increase America’s debt limit.”

So is he saying that he has failed to lead? I would agree with that part.

Yes. I’m so glad I’m not the only person that has caught on to this, and there is someone else out there that knows he said he would oppose raising the debt ceiling and now he’s trying to raise it.
