I am contemplating retaining them to defend me from foreclosure & wanted to check/hear if anyone else has used them & what their outcome was.

a friend is using them and they havent made a house payment in over 18 mos.saving about $ 1800 per mo. heres the deal: $ 350 a month for the retainer, and one tiime $ 500 charge for a mortgage audit (might be worth it if they find something that could tie it up in court.) there is also an agreement for settlement if (and this is a long shot) they break your mortgage with your lender. aka. you own it outright.
they represent you entirely. no need for you to communicate with your lender, and no need to show up in court. they go and represent you. if you dont like or want to continue with them just quit paying. there is no ongoing obligation.
there you go. $ 350 vs. 1500 to 3000 take your pick. call them for a free consult now. dont wait til you are out on a limb with your lender and it is too late.
i am not with ticktin, have not been paid by them, and have no interest in them. ck it out.
