Foreclosure Angel: Stranger Buys Foreclosed House at Auction and Gave it back to Owner!

Nov 11th, 2011

Foreclosure Angel A woman buys a stranger’s foreclosed home… and gives it back to her. If you want to know more about this angel contact her on facebook and send her a message here: www.facebook.com Marilyn Mock Says ‘People Need to Help Each Other’ By JONANN BRADY Tracy Pottsboro lost her job and then her home when she couldn’t make mortgage payments. On Saturday, she watched as her home was auctioned off in Dallas. “The final farewell to my house,” Pottsboro said. “It means so much to all of us. It’s not just a house.” Auctions on foreclosed houses are an opportunity for some and agony for those who’ve lost their homes. From July through September of this year, more than 2700 Americans lost their homes to foreclosure every day, according to The Associated Press. In Texas, almost 9200 homes entered the foreclosure process in September. On Saturday, Pottsboro took her seat among the crowd, waiting for house No. 73 to be called. Marilyn Mock, a small-business owner from Rockwall, Texas, had accompanied her son, who was interested in buying a house, to the auction that day. Mock was sitting near Pottsboro and noticed that she was upset. “She was crying, and I asked her what is she upset about, and you know, she lost her house,” Mock said. When the No. 73 came up and the auction began, Mock said she asked Pottsboro, “Is it worth it?” “She said yes. & I just kept taking her word,” Mock said. Mock ended up winning the auction, with a bid of about 000. And just like that

You folks don’t get it. On Good Morning America Mrs Mock said She would let them pay her back. Borrowing to buy a house at auction and then allowing the previous owner to move back in is Illegal In some circumstances. It is bid rigging. She has a new banker collecting her payments that’s all. Paying Back does not equal give.

Pretty amazing! Unfortunately in my area with foreclosure pricing still being high, there is less likely a chance of that happening.

If I had a billion dollars, I would do this.
Almost none of us have a billion dollars, though.

I bet we all have at least one, though. I wonder if you would all send a dollar to a trust for this kind of thing if someone set it up.
I’ll bet we could do it. And how pissed would that make the banks, right? That they just can’t do their dirt on people anymore because *we* said so?
    God that would be awesome.

Its amazung to see Jrs creativity explode now that he is out from under the depressing weight of Srs bad vibes. While occ battles bankruptcy and still churns out cookie cutter bikes designed by that moron jason Paul Jr Designs is making outrageous machines that no one else is doing. Well done Jr !!!!

Latest show: occ is moving back into one of sr’s old buildings. They couldnt make tthings work with the bank so the glass building now belongs to the bank. I knew the damage control on the show with the lawyer “”explaining”" tihings was a big stage production.
Jr and Sr settled the case out of court . Junior wanted the widow included in the deal and he got it.

If paul sr was my dad i would have stoped working for that ass hole long time ago, he is realy good at bitching all day long. maybe he should try doing something other than bitching all day long.

As of late, I’m back to watching A.C. regularly. Just watched the 9/12 episode: Gears of War 3 / Feather Free Zone. Really enjoyed it. Like the challenge that was put to Jr. (since Jr. has that open creativity & “street smart” shop dynamic support to meet/match the imagination of a “Gears of War customer.)” Sr. made an excellent bike that stands up to anyone’s who has “2011 quality and standard” for a more polished chopper.

Just saw a show where Sr went back to his old building to move back into after the bank took his headquarters but it had fallen down after a storm. I bet Sr watches the old shows where he destroyed hummers and expeditions and buildings on a whim and cries a little bit seeing how stupid he is.

  34. boowonder888
    Nov 12th, 2011 at 09:15

@pdqasapdamnit Yes, Sr doesnt waste any opportunity to try to cut down jr. Even when he saw Anti Venom, when they did the commercial for the show with jr, Rick asked what it looked like. Sr: “”eh, well , you know, its cool, but…………………..”".And there he went again with the put downs. This was in the episode with the 3 GM bikes OCC had to build.
Some of the bikes OCC put out since this vid are respectable, though. But going head to head with jr never worked out too well for him.

  35. boowonder888
    Nov 12th, 2011 at 09:50

@pdqasapdamnit He also said once: “”It (Anti Venom) looks like the bikes that we used to do here at Occ”".
Thats right, bec, JR designed all of them and not tweeked like he tried to sell the world on the show.

  36. pdqasapdamnit
    Nov 12th, 2011 at 10:48

@boowonder888 OCC’s days are numbered and there is nobody to blame but Sr. Yes he built a huge company but with the help of others, not all by himself like he claims. Jr made the right move breaking away from his dad and with his talent he should go a long way. Now if they would just bring that back stabbing retard Lee back and expose him for the piece of crap he is.

  37. pdqasapdamnit
    Nov 12th, 2011 at 11:41

@boowonder888 To top off his roid rage Sr has a problem telling the truth and staying in contact with realality. Every episode shows how insecure Sr is. Sr never has a kind word or word of encouragement for his sons but instead feels the need to cut them down every chance he gets. He has not once given Jr credit for his talents but instead brags on his employees and treats them like sons. What excuse did he have when Jr first opened his shop and Sr rode by several times acting like a child.

  38. pdqasapdamnit
    Nov 12th, 2011 at 12:35

@boowonder888 There’s thousands of Sr fans out there and they love ragging on Jr, jealousy I guess. If you look back at their family history how could you blame Jr for his lack of respect for his dad. Sr had a drug and alcohol problem when his kids were growing up and was never there for them, I’m sure when he was there he was drunk or on drugs and probably abusive. He claims to have gotten clean but it’s totally obvious he’s using steriods and suffering from roid rage.
