Question by legalneeds: Do both plaintiffs need to docket a legal document? Can one do it post the defendent’s bankruptcy?
I went to trial and won the case, however now the defendent is filing for bankruptcy. The other plantiff did not docket the document to the court. I understand that they have 6 years to do this, can they still do that after the bankruptcy hearing? Thanks.

I am a bankruptcy attorney and I don’t understand what you are asking. Maybe you should rephrase the question to make it more clear.
