On 9/24 I was shopping at Wal-mart. I was on foot through produce and next business I know i’m on the ground. I did fill out an business report including the intention of nighttime. There is a large amount of pain in my right hip, lower back, and ankle by the side of including a large contusion on my knee. I am not out to seek a large compensation or whatever business by the side of including the intention of send. But, I was sent family from my place of employment today and told to seek a doctors advice. I am a college student, live on my own and do not be inflicted including insurance. I contacted Wal-mart and was pretty much just brushed off, I was told to send a copy of the bill to their insurance company and they would chose whether or not to pay it, but probability were slim. There was no wet stump road sign and it was evident including the intention of whom ever cleaned up the container causing the spill had not full additional action to sterile up the fix or caution shoppers. I do not feel including the intention of I should be held accountable for the negligence of this company. Please know I am NOT out for a settlement, I am just not sure if this warrents me in quest of legal aid inorder to get this bill full care of. I wait tables and cannot afford to lose work over this, including the intention of is my release fund of income. I do feel since I be inflicted including been questioned by my POE to seek a doctor including the intention of Wal-mart should cover my expenses. Any advice?

Question by its me!: Any aid if i cant get legal aid?
I be inflicted including spoken to a solicitor and establish out i am not entitled to legal aid because i am £50 over the limit!! I am finacially struggling to cope since my partner left me. I filed for a divorce frankly to the court and the papers be inflicted including now been processed. My partner has now dead to a solicitor and got them sending me letters proposing different visitation than what was verbally agreed and written in the statement of arrangements for the children as part of the divorce. I do not know what to do or everywhere to turn as the affidavit will not carry on no additional in anticipation of i be inflicted including got a solicitor to answer to this demand on his part for the visitation. Anyone please aid or tell me everywhere i can get more advice on financial support. I be inflicted including been to the Citizens advice Bureau and they told me to see a solicitor, i went to a solicitor who gave me the advice to go direct to the court to file for my divorce which i did and they also calculated including the intention of i am not entitled to legal aid. WHo and what next? SOmeone aid!!

I called Legal Aid Northwest Texas and after maintenance me cooling my heels ALL DAY, they called me at 4:30 and informed me they could not aid me because my wife had useful for aid initially. They are funded by Equal Justice for All. How is initially come initially served Equal?
Is there any Lawyers or benifactors including the intention of will aid me kick this bloodsucker to the curb . I am asking this question for my brother in law. He had a outcome as he was not married and did not find out in anticipation of our incredible niece was born. I am searching for legal aid, My 6 time ancient daughter has accused my partner of sexually molesting her, he has now filed for divorce and place a restraining order on me and is trying to get custody of my 20 month ancient daughter. I be inflicted including pressed charges including 2 different police departments, cps, i took her to the doctor i tried to get legal help and they keep telltale me it takes up to 15 days to get word if i even qaulify and if they will aid me i be inflicted including 9 days till court. i went to go try and get my own lawyer they told me it would cost me 4 thousand dollars to save them i am at a loss i am worried i am gonna lose my baby, i dont know how to even respond to the papers including the intention of i was served my family has tried raising cash for a lawyer but no one was capable to come up including any…please aid give me approximately advice i dont know what to do my partner has everything except one car.

I was raped at age 18 and also sexually beaten at age 20 (digital penetration).

My dream is to go to law school and become an attorney. But, I want to donate my free time to help rape victims. It is my appreciative including the intention of rape victims don’t be inflicted including a legal expressive to represent their best interests and support them, because the prosecutor represents the state, not the point victim.

Are their pro bono attorneys including the intention of come to the court house and question to give free legal aid/support to sexual assault/rape victims?

I hope to perfect a joint PhD/JD program in law school. So if I be inflicted including including the intention of joint point, can I also provide free psychological counseling?

Ciao im 22 yr ancient guy I heard my disabled uncle who was in the Vietnam and Korean War. I know he has a nice pension (in the six figures) in a bank account but he doesn’t get statements nor know how much it is including interest in approximately government bank. I don’t know how much yet he has the Purple Sensitivity and is flat for life. He had a nerves breakdown this was back in the days. Is there a listing of lawyers I can talk to? A supporter of give is back from the Marines after two tours and he’s fighting including his ex for any custody of his son. He’d descend for a weekend every other week. He has a lawyer but he was the cheapest my supporter could find and he’s getting what he paid for. He’d be fond of to switch to a new lawyer, but he doesn’t know the administer he’s going through at all and is worried he’ll just pick one as terrible as the initially was unless he educates himself more.

The worst part for him is including the intention of this whole administer is alien to him.
